Our story
Why DK Universe exists
Families in the UAE want teaching that is rigorous, patient and personal. India has a deep pool of experienced educators who know the CBSE curriculum inside out. DK Universe connects the two.
Every student learns differently. In a busy classroom it is easy for small gaps in understanding to go unnoticed until they become big ones. One-to-one tutoring gives each student the time and attention to ask questions, revisit foundations and move forward with confidence.
Because our sessions are live and online, distance is no longer a barrier. Students learn from home, at times planned around the UAE school week, with tutors who are chosen for both their subject knowledge and their ability to teach.

Meet our founder
Dr. Dhruti Patel
Dr. Dhruti Patel spent more than fourteen years teaching mathematics to engineering students in Gujarat, at government polytechnics, engineering institutes and colleges. Along the way she was recognised as Best Teacher in Mathematics by the Gujarat University Department of Mathematics Alumni Association.
Now based in Dubai, she saw how many families in the UAE look for the same depth of teaching that students receive from India’s best educators. DK Universe was founded to bring the two together through personalised, one-to-one online learning built on strong foundations.
That experience of explaining difficult ideas clearly, step by step, until they click, shapes how DK Universe works: careful tutor selection, a focus on foundations, and honest communication with parents.

We are beginning with CBSE students in the UAE from Grade 8 onwards, in the subjects where strong foundations make the biggest difference. As our tutor community grows, we plan to add more grades, subjects, curricula and academic programmes.
