• Parent enquiries: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, your child’s grade, curriculum and subject, and any message you choose to include.
• Tutor applications: your name, contact details, location, qualifications, experience, availability, CV and any profile link or message you provide.
• Website usage: our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure and running reliably.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss tutoring options;
• match students with suitable tutors and arrange sessions;
• assess tutor applications and contact applicants;
• keep our website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored securely by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and by our email provider. Access is limited to the DK Universe team members who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application details only for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@dkuniverse.org.

Children’s information

Enquiries about students should be made by a parent or guardian. We collect only the details about a student that we need to arrange suitable tutoring.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
